Why we're building SmartPilot
Busy days deserve better tools.
Healthcare teams in India run incredibly busy days with tools that don't talk to each other — paper registers, spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, billing software and handwritten queue tokens. Every disconnected tool costs time at the front desk, and information that should follow the patient gets lost between them.
We're building SmartPilot to fix that: one system where a booking made by a patient on their phone becomes a queue token, an encounter, a prescription, an invoice and a follow-up — without anyone re-typing anything.
And it should feel serious — fast, calm and beautifully designed — because the people using it are doing serious work. A doctor shouldn't fight their software between patients. A receptionist shouldn't hunt through five tabs for one answer.
So we build for Indian healthcare first: rupee billing that stays accurate to the paisa, Indian dates and phone formats, UHID numbering, and OPD queues that match how clinics actually run.
